Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM MST
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → My Next Service and select "While Using the App" or "Always" (for background tracking during work hours).
Customers can request reschedules through the app by viewing their upcoming job and tapping "Request Reschedule". Managers will be notified to approve or deny the request.
Administrators and managers can invite team members through Settings → User Management → Invite User. The invited user will receive an email with setup instructions.
Yes! Your account syncs across all devices. Simply log in with your email and password on any iOS device.
